Payment methods

Paying for your project means you're one step closer to getting your prints into production. Learn how to complete your payments with Mixam below.
 

No Obligation to Buy

You can access Mixam's services and tools without committing to an order straight away. Upload your artwork, make edits, and talk to our print experts whenever you need help. 

You can pay for your orders when you're satisfied that your print files appear correctly in your Preview and Proof. We'll print your order when the following steps are complete: 

  • Fill in and save your Billing and Delivery details. Please do this before making payment.
  • Pay for your order. We will deduct the amount from your account when the transaction is complete and send your order to production.
  • Prepare your order for production, and review the proof and page sequence.
  • Confirm your order, and a print expert will review it.

Payment options

When it comes to printing and delivery costs, we're totally transparent - no hidden charges anywhere. When you make a payment, the prices will not change. After submitting your payment, we'll send you a payment confirmation email with your receipt.

The payment options we accept include:

Invoices

Some registered companies cannot pay for print orders by credit card. But you can ask for an invoice request from Mixam instead. Just set up your order, and send us an email or message via your Mixam account to request an invoice. Please include your company details in your email, and we’ll send you a Pro-forma invoice. Note your project won’t go to print until you've paid your invoice.

Credit

If you are a registered company, you can apply for a credit account with Mixam. Send your request, with company details, to team@mixam.uk. We will need a credit check, and providing your company meets our criteria, we will give you credit.

 

How To Reorder Prints

Mixam account holders can reorder prints. Log in, and in your Order History tab, locate the relevant order and click the Reorder button. You can then amend the quantity, other details and confirm your order. If you placed an order but don’t have an account, contact our print experts and provide your order number so we can arrange a reorder. Remember to review your proofs and order details, particularly if your address(es) has changed. We’ll send your order to production once it’s paid for and confirmed.
